      This is one of the best company's I have ever worked for. I have worked in retail for over 15+ years and this by far takes the cake. I had the best experience with my entire team from the top, down to our quality and over night teams. This is a company that truly cares about it's employees and knows how to connect with the modern customer and their needs. I worked at Sephora 34th street on a management team of about 10, and a whole team of about 100+ associates and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I still keep in touch with many collegues and the people whom I had the pleasure of working with taught me so much. The company values are upheld, the pay is good, there benefits, 401k and PTO. I would work here again in a heart beat! I always felt safe, heard and like Iwas contributing to the success of our location, like I was valued.

      Cons

      Sephora is very picky with who they hire, my interview process was very lengthy which in hind sight I think is good. They dont typically like to hire you back after you've left regardless of the reason and my biggest regret is leaving such a great company.

      A lot of great perks and benefits! The people are all wonderful. Great company culture and work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t great. When I went from a contractor to full time my pay was decreased by 20k.. and they wouldn’t even let me negotiate. It was take it or leave it even though I had legitimately all the experience needed.
