Pros

nice discount (20% all items, 40% Sephora collection), flexible with hours, 401k retirement plan and benefits

Cons

management plays favorites, does not know how to manage properly, no training for job yet expects you to have extensive knowledge, cashiers are treated like second-class citizens and never get help even when it is not busy

Pros

Sephora has wonderful training, is flexible, and has wonderful employees. It is a fun and innovatove atmosphere. Pay is alsp pretty decent.

Cons

Sephora encourages "working your way up", yet 90% of the time they hire managers from the outside that have minimal makeup or skin experience.

Pros

Gratis was awesome. Training was great. Always have new products to sell.

Cons

Too many eccentric personalities and not enough established loss prevention leadership.
