Pay varies by title. Catty co-workers. Don't get to actually do makeovers on clients until you're certified and it takes months. Lots of shoplifters and returns and you'll get paycuts because of it.

Hours suck, they will give you hours and take them away at a blink of an eye. I work at Sephora at Century City, some of the managers thinks they better than everyone. You could tell how fake they are. Always whispering in each others ear and just unprofessional makes it uncomfortable to work. I couldn't take it. Had to quit. They didn't appreciate my hard work.
