Pros

Of all the terrible retail jobs out there, this one is one of the better places to work. But expect to work extremely hard with little pay or reward. Also expect to work full-time hours as a part-timer, this way you get no benefits.

Cons

Pay is beyond terrible, gratis is great but gratis doesn't pay the bills. Raises even for excellent employees are terrible, with a few cents raise every year. It's a joke. The turnover is out of control because smart people leave.

Pros

If your team is good, it's a great environment. Gratis helps the team try and promote favorite products. This company is invested in offering a lot of training internally and from brand reps.

Cons

If the team has a few "toxic" members, it can really affect morale, in spite of the best efforts of management.
