Even the work-from-home policy is applied unfairly, with specific groups receiving special treatment. At B&B Engineering, top management has cemented their positions while continuously rewarding a small circle with the best projects, raises, and promotions. It operates like a monopoly that leaves no room for fairness or growth. As for racism, the record speaks for itself—just look at employee reviews and media coverage. Leadership lacks diversity and they seems to be enjoying this. Job postings are also deliberately vague and misleading, which only helps them funnel opportunities to their chosen insiders.
