A ton of opportunity to grow on the People and Culture teams. Senior Management is very open to listening to new ideas to grow as a company as a whole. Also when joining as a engineering consultant, you have a lot of opportunity to grow within your career skill sets and as an individual.

Just need clear communication and everyone on the same page when it comes to changes and implementing a new idea or solution
