Pros

consistent consulting opportunities with supportive group leaders. The only downside, which is unavoidable with a consulting firm, is that you won't last long at one site. Ability to gain varied experience and get into different groups within pharma.

Moving from one client to another. Being at the mercy of a client's whims.
