Open-door policy where all ideas are shared and heard. A company that knows it is imperfect but continues to work on improvements that affect all employees for the better. A great culture with amazing people to work with and opportunity for career development and advanced learning.

Cons

Consulting is hard work and challenging. It comes with a lot of reward (exposure, continuous learning opportunity, networking, etc.) but if you don't like change or challenges, it's likely not for a fit.
