Pros

Good pay and fringe benefits (extra project pay, mileage, bonus pay). Very nice and helpful coworkers. Managers are pretty good as well

Cons

Lacks in training employees for projects they’ll take on. More of an attitude to make clients happy at any cost. If you have a family, the insurance is very very expensive. you better have a spouse that has insurance you can piggy back on.
