Pros

In the communities, there is a sense of teamwork and common goal of serving the senior population with respect and dignity. Home Office management does a good job of supporting the communities. David Berg is a man of integrity and honor.

Cons

Home Office employees didn't get annual increases for a few years and can't participate in many offerings held out to other employees. No economic increases, no Holiday bonus, post-tax medical insurance deductions half the year, etc. We stay loyal to the company because we love it, but it's hard turning down much more lucrative offers elsewhere.

Pros

The people were great to work around. Everyone was a team.

Cons

A lot of people called in sick, so sometimes we were short of workers. This is a retirement community, so its best for workers to not come in even if they are the slightest ill.
