I am happy to be a part of an organization that provides a benefit to the society. I enjoy working with the people and synergy with the management team. Voices of employees are being heard and compassion is given when needed

Cons

The parking and public transportation are not too convenient. Create more growth opportunities.

Pros

There are a lot of nice people and residents. Some of the best people I have ever met. It could be a great place to work with better leadership.

Cons

The pay is low, the benefits are so so, there is no training and development, people are overworked and underappreciated. The corporate office is dysfunctional and there is a lack of experience from the leader. There is a lot of talk about work life balance but that never materializes.

Organization has many benefits to it including but not limited to a great work/life balance, flexibility in the role, positivity from the CEO, and overall decent benefits pay structure

Cons

There's been a issue over a long time with senior management being resistant to change and that has filtered down through the organization. Staff not being held accountable for their work has been another challenge throughout the years.
