micro managed, treat employees like dirt, no positive feedback, take no responsibility for there actions nor mistakes. very hard to get time off for even doctor appointments unless your a management pet, any bonus or gift you get is taxed from your wages, any time your sick or do not have approved time off it is held against you

Worked at The Listening Company ( a subsidiary of Serco). Managers who belittle at every opportunity. Awful pay. Lack of incentives and thus high turnover of staff seem to be the driving force of this company
