Serco has a lot of visibility in the DoD therefore people get a lot of expousure to new technology and demos from other vendors.
Cons
New roles and responsibilities don't match salary and/or title No incentives or annual bonuses Little vacation There is a huge gap between middle management and upper management. Middle management does not have standardized practices, and procedures to deliver results to customer. Very little training. Usually customer needs to fund it, or obligate Serco to comply with their standard and policies.
