      Pros

      I like the freedom to work without direct supervison looking over my shoulder. I appreciate they like former military members. Good training for my job.

      Cons

      Don't like how being a Federal Contractor, the job duties can change if the contract changes. So you're hired for one set of duties with certain work hours and then 9 months later find yourself doing something completely different. That's what happened to me. Job duties did not change to the better either. If I had known going in I'd spend 95% of my time doing on the phone customer service, I woud've never applied since I hate phone work.
