      Pros

      Not too much different from other Govt. Contractors in many ways. Compensation is average, work is pretty standard, etc. Top Management started to be more physically "present" in recent couple of years and involved in Program Reviews and upcoming re-compete efforts, vowing to help from Corporate for large efforts.

      Cons

      Lots of talk but little actually that gets done that makes an impact. The idea to improve and help the operations is there but follow-through is weak and often felt left on a island alone to execute monumental tasks without the appropriate support. Also hire from outside a lot so moving up through ranks isn't exactly easy.

      Pros

      They pay very well and the benefits a very good, they also have lunch choices everyday to choose from. Everybody is very friendly and helpful, and you have a set schedule. Theirs little work to do.

      Cons

      You can not have your phone in the production area at all. Sometimes their is no work to do for months at a time.

      Pros

      Coworkers, nice clean facility, diversity, some supervisors are really concerned and want to help as much as they can, concerned security guards at times, getting off on time and catered lunches

      Cons

      Rude supervisors, somewhat racist environment, sneaky staff, and incompetent overpaid supervisors, rude coworkers, stealing of lunches out of lunch room, concerned about whose team got higher production, cannot talk to surrounding neighbors, monitored restroom breaks, and supervisors who habitually lie for no reason at all
