Pros

None. There are no pros to working here. Horrible place to work.

Cons

Fire people for no reason and then say it was misconduct issue so you won't get unemployment.

Pros

If you want to "go native" on a contract, you can.

Cons

Dysfunctional management spends more time being focused on fending off the CEO instead of running their businesses. Constant roll out of "new initiatives" rarely relevant to workers outside of HQ. Program management decisions for the company are made by out-of-touch managers who haven't been in operations for several years, much less know what it's like to operate at Serco.

Pros

-Not too difficult work. -Good if you have a movement-impairing disability -Good pay for the location I'm in. -The hours can be great if you have children.

Cons

-The management isn't too concerned about their employees. -All they talk about is how important the consumer is, but then get on to you about numbers every day and wants you to rush calls and interactions.
