      Pros

      Great place to manage your own 'remote' location if you require minimal guidance and prefer to work autonomously.

      Cons

      It's an environment of 'contracting' with all the normal trappings.

      Pros

      This is a hard one... I really didn't think it was great place. They did seem to be trying to improve in some aspects. For example, they brought back an education benefit that they had cut because enough people complained.

      Cons

      Incompetent and disinterested managers. They don't go to bat for you. Mine did as little as humanly possible. He should have been fired. Also, they pretend like the company has morals when everyone in the organization knows it's BS from the way management at the top acts all the way down to supervisors.

      Pros

      Try to promote from within as much as possible. They try to promote a good work/life balance, but really it depends on project. Is taking steps to improve employee engagement.

      Cons

      Inconsistent message from upper management. Lack of communication between corporate departments. Upper management has a tendency to pay more attention to the opinions of the minority (especially complaints) then to the majority that are happy. Micromanaging is taking place while attempting to improve employee engagement.
