      Pros

      OK for your first job when you might expect a low salary and basic benefits

      Cons

      Your salary won't advance...they will keep it low to be the lowest bidder of government work. Company is founded in a blue collar mentality and culture which it can't shake. Senior leadership is largely ineffective which has resulted in a number of serious misfires and tarnished reputation to government clients.

      Could have been a decent place to work

      Cons

      Insurance is very expensive and has a very high deductible, pay is low with no chance of increase, no sick time or vacation time available, closed door policy of discussions, micromanaged at all levels.

      Ok as a stepping stone

      Pros

      This company is a Stepping stone to better job, but that's about it. It will add to your resume and give you a small paycheck until something better comes along.

      Cons

      The pay is minimal and the paid time off is almost non-existent. If you have children, have chronic illness requiring occasional doctor visits and/or actually want to take a vacation, you will end up taking leave without pay.
