Pros

For a company of this size there are so many great, highly qualified professionals that it is amazing! Highly skilled workforce dedicated to doiing great things Everyone cooperates and is ready to lend a hand - even if not directed to do so For complex, difficult and very large programs you can depend on your team to provide any & all support - and if you need something you can usually get it without too much bureaucratic interferrence

Cons

Leadership is risk adverse - it takes dynamite to get them to say "yes" to anything new or different Budgetary issues frequently negate high potential business opportunities Process usually overcomes logic and senior leaders are focused on metrics - not the potential for exponetial growth

Pros

Great benefits. Initial pay was good, but was cut significantly on contract renewal.

Cons

Contract employees are not valued as important. They are viewed as easily replaceable. Although management is courteous; they are not honest with employees. My PM turned over all staff in her contract after 3 years due to unprofessional and inconsistent treatment of hard working staff. Upper management did not seem concerned at this alarming turnover rate.

Pros

The benefits were the only reason why I stayed employed.

Cons

Took advantage of Government. Yes, we had federal holidays, we observed them, however, it was mandatory for us to work on Saturdays just for the hours. If there was no work, we would work 8 hour shift placing labels on old file folders just so we could submit "x" amount of employees working on Saturday (overtime). It was common practice to hold immigration files on desks until the last day that was allowed. Did not want to get ahead of the workload. Not enough work for all the employees hired. Had to find things for employees to do! We were told if there was no work, to grab the file folders and label them so we can use them again.
