Pros

Good benefits and Pay. Plenty of training opportunities.

Cons

Corporate culture is extremely regimented where micromanagement is the norm. No work life balance.

Pros

Pay is very good for the job.

Cons

work slow, they don't want you to talk to anyone. they want you to just sit at your desk and look at training classes when it is slow. which is 6 hours out of your 8 hour day. No cell phones allowed in the building. No books or paper of any kind are allowed. No background checks so the quality of the employees there are not the best.

Pros

The pay is good is you live close to Wentzville. The job is very easy. The coworkers are amazing, very helpful and very friendly. It is a nice clean facility. You get paid holidays, PTO and they also give you $4.27/hr towards your health insurance and if you don't have health insurance with them then all the money goes towards your 401K

Cons

Management micromanage you. They are very petty and strict with their rules. They fire people for dumb things as well. For example, you can get a write up for being out of your seat. They want you to ask to go to the restroom when it is one right near your desk. They don't like for you to talk to your co-workers, even if you need help with something. Supervisors always want you to ask them questions but many times they are not around. Any supervisor can write you up for any reason they can come up with. They only offer two shifts one in the morning and one in the evening. they start everyone off on nights and moving to days is considered a promotion so you can not have any write ups for 6 months and that is hard at Serco
