The pay was decent and the work was easy. Great benefits, as well, in my opinion.

Cons

Work/Home life is turned upside down due to management often feeling like the business need takes precedence over what it is you have going on.

The only pro with this company is you have the ability to work remotely.

Cons

You do not receive Paid Time Off or Sick Time it is called Paid Earned Time. You have to have perfect attendance for 2 months straight to receive one day of Sick/PET. Any type of absence excused or unexcused ruins your perfect attendance. Even when you do have perfect attendance and you ask them about your PET management "investigates" it for 90 days before you receive any response.
