There is no reason to work here. Go back to your Village and work in a farm instead.

Pros

- You learn what not to do in your life. - How to live and deliver under the gigantic ego of CEO - How to handle unlimited pressure from clients (Actually not their fault, all are promised trip to Moon) - How to survive without salary - BOND - yes they believe in making a bond with the employees hence they make you sign one on your first day,obviously since it is for your betterment, no advance intimation. No pressure to sign BOND. Better sign it, else how this new relation would come into existence. - They give chances to new people in industry. Ya, good people don't bother to join. People say carbon turns into diamond under heat and pressure, so Servpro truly believes in that and all the Ex-employees are super successful in their respective career due to the detailed planning of CEO. Really God send.

Cons

- You start to loose your senses but that is good in a way as who needs senses to live when you work in such an awesome company.
