- Management is friendly & laid back - Employees are young - If you are a student looking for a part time job, this is great

Cons

- Outbound calling is awful - Management is oblivious to work place culture at night - Hours can go till midnight

Stable, nice environment to work in, nice collegues and direct management

Cons

Working so hard at some times and no hours at other times, there is no uniform work days, either lots of work that gets you sick and tired or no work at all

horribly negative culture Management under pressure and will say and do anything to save their jobs lot of finger pointing very low morale Probably going to get worse before the nightmare improves
