      Dreadful Management means an Awful Workplace

      - Remote work stations are available.

      Cons

      - Supervisors and management make you feel degraded. - MS-DOS based system is antiquated and extremely un-user friendly. - Management plays favorites in the worst ways, with clear favoritism. - Cliques and backstabbing permeate the company culture, with very clear distinction between employee cliques. - Onboarding does not prepare you for the job, due to antiquated systems and rigid policies and scripts. - Supervisors will keep moving the goal posts, no matter how many years you decide to work with them.

      New management with a refreshing look at employee development, advancement, and retention. Making an effort to transform the business, incorporate business practices, and focus on employees and customers. The company is now positioned to achieve the goals they have set forth for this business.

      In transformational phase so ones ability to adapt to change and help manage that throughout the business is crucial.

      I received a weekly paycheck

      Cons

      They expect all employees to work long hours, weekends and holidays. There is no positive support. The pay is low and absolutely no job security. Turn over is very high for all job positions. The culture is toxic. They sold me on how great they treat their employees during the interview. Very misleading. The issues are throughout the organization. It's hard to believe a company can get away with how they treat their employees with current employment laws. You will regret working for this company. My advice stay away.
