Pros

Can make a fair amount of money with spiffs and hourly rates. Your techs become very close with amount of work.

Cons

Sacrifice a lot of family time, once your in there. They will work you any hours day or night because it's service.

Let you run your operation

Cons

Poor raises, bonus is paid out of your center instead of our of region which reduces the amount of profit your center makes thus reducing bonus payout.

Pros

Worked with many great professional people at all levels of the company. Learned many life skills from a few direct managers. Field team members are usually excelling in their craftsmanship.

Cons

Had one direct manager with a passive aggressive personality, so you never knew where you truly stood with him.
