Pros

Good money and great training.

Cons

If your white, you will be dumped all over as there is much fear of lawsuits from any other race. In some regards, they are looking for a "hangman". I would recommend this job to my enemies. New installations turn out to have problems quickly about 77-82% of the time due to installers taking shortcuts or just downright not doing the job 100% correct. Somewhat embarrassed to say I work for them. Will not recommend their services to anyone I know, sad to say.

Pros

A tremendous amount of change in the last 2 years. The change of ownership allowed for a strong focus on the customer and employees. Great work environment, strong leadership and growth opportunities!

Cons

There are no blaring issues with Service Experts and you can expect the same challenges as any employer. It is a seasonally driven business so peak winter and summer will drive longer hours.
