Pros

There really aren't any. If you like the HVAC industry, there are several other companies in town with better reputations. They don't train their techs because it is too expensive, corporate is always breathing down your neck and the staff is no paid enough. All management really cares about is profit. Do not work here, it really isn't a good career move

Cons

There are a lot. They sell you on the idea that the corporate lifestyle is a good one, however, that is not how it turns out. Corporate micromanages everything you do. No one is paid well and everyone is treated as though they are expendable. I wouldn't suggest working here at all. It is a terrible sales job, they don't train their techs, there aren't advancement opportunities if you work as a part of the office staff. There is no doubt that you are overlooked and treated like a number if you work here. Do yourself a favor and look at their competition if you want to work in the HVAC industry. They also don't really care about their customers. Once the customer has paid, they are avoided as much as possible. Management does not make the customer the priority.

Pros

Pays well, company car is nice, little to no time in office

Cons

They tell you that they are great on work life Balance and teamwork but the longer you work there the more the less anyone cares about anything but sales. Was forced to work 21 straight 12 hour days and then used as a make-shift tech for a lot of those calls just so they didn’t have to pay labor for it. Commission only, so if you upset one of the office girls or a superior, they will certainly give you zero opportunity to make a sale with the calls you get - and you will literally be working 12 hour days for 0$ If they think you might quit, they’ll give you a slam dunk of an opportunity to sell and tell you things are going your way…then right back to the crappy calls while the senior sales guys get all the legit opportunity. Very predatory towards the elderly community. Will also lie to customers about pricing just to scare them into buying a new system. If you have a soul this is not a good job for you.
