They encourage growth in their employees both at home and at work. They have decent benefits that they've continued to maintain during the course of my employment. Most employees are happy to assist you regardless of position in the company. Good culture.
Cons
Company core values are smoke and mirrors. The company claims to stick to its core values but does not stick to them despite drilling them into your head every week at the start of every meeting. Poor compensation for on call, and constant harassment if you get any overtime.
