Great on the surface.....

- Seemingly a nice niche product that is sellable and valuable - Benefits are wonderful and compensation is great compared to industry standards

Cons

- Transparency is non-existent - Managers preference having their own people on their team - Turn over happens EVERY year and is sudden and happens with no lead time - As an Enterprise and Commercial AE - be expected to do A LOT of other tasks such as spending a majority of your time on SDR work - No exit interview for how they could learn to be better or how an employee could be better
