Employer don't protect you and takes customers word without proof.Customer said i smelled like marijuana and servicemaster didn't offer to drug test just terminated me and i payed for a drug test on my own and everything came back negative so gave to servicemaster and no apology not a word they probably didn't even let business know that accused me. I refused to sign Termination letter and walked out and they changed up letter when i asked for it the next day, saying the company was dissatisfied with my cleaning abilities, but they asked me to clean a building for 2 extra weeks cause they had no one to clean it ,so I kindly agreed to help them out!wow. Washington state has a policy that a employer can fire you for no reason which sucks!so I would be iffy working for this company if you have to support your family,luckily it was just extra income for me.
