Pros

Lots of opportunity for hours and overtime. Out of town possibilities are frequent and a great way to make more money and see places you may have never seen and help in big ways when a disaster strikes.

Cons

Management favorites certain people and seems to make the hard workers suffer. They have a knack for chasing away good people and keeping the ones who really shouldn't be trusted alone in your house.

Pros

Great salary, excellent benefits, generous vacation time, sick leave, personal time. Company encourages innovation, finding creative solutions, and doing things on the cutting edge. It is also very involved in the community. This is the first job where I look forward to going in every day.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. There are the normal annoyances that come with working with others, but it isn't so bad that I hate going to work.
