Pros

Nothing positive to say. Those at the top who can, do whatever they want in terms of pay cuts, layoffs, etc to those at the bottom who can't do anything about it.

Cons

Poor leadership from the top down. There is no career path only selfish interests and money grabs from the top at the expense of those at the bottom. You know it's a bad environment when every policy is implemented under duress with "Agree to this or be fired". You are in a no win position. wish i had the courage to quit the first time it happened.

long hours, no enough EE relied too much on temp assistance, turn over very high for a small company

You can learn a lot of New things. Meet lots of interesting people. When the hours are available you can get lots of OT.

Cons

Its hard to move up. We are using junk equipment. And wen the wether is nice you will starve to death.
