Pros

Flexible hours was a pro here good and fun people to work with. Always something new to learn in the industry.

Cons

No benefits, no paid vacation, no bonuses, hours depend on work flow. Pay was not that great for the type of work being asked to perform.

Pros

The creative department gives you amazing experience with working in a fast paced, process-driven environment. The current director, Rebecca Zerilla is an amazing leader and wants to see growth in her team as well as the business. The experience you have the opportunity to gain is priceless. The programs and equipment are always up-to-date and top-of-the line to ensure optimum productivity.

Cons

I have found no downsides as the team has grown and truly become an amazing agency to work for.
