Pros

Great cleaning products. Nice to work independently with little to no supervision. Flexible hours to clean. Manager was extremely friendly.

Cons

Not enough working hours for the week. Company didn't seem eager to find additional work. Communication between employee and employer was almost non-existent. As long as the job was completed was all they seem to care about.

Pros

big company not going out of business. Pay is always on time

Cons

too many hours and 6 day a week work schedule. 12 hour days and usually 6-8 hours on Sat. Always on call have to have your cell phone on at night in case of emergency. Upper management keeps you on edge, never feel safely employed. Zero work/life balance

Flexible schedule. Good pay for entry level position. Benefits with company stock purchase program.

Cons

High turnover rate in management. No opportunity for career growth. Commission structure has decreased 3 times in my 2 years of employment. Doesn't promote from within.
