Pros

Service Master is the Parent Company of Terminix where i worked for 4 year and absolutely loved it...Employees are given instructions and left alone to follow them....No one had to breath down your neck ..The Managers and Directors had open door policies...Promotions were done from within..and every body always given a chance....Little things like clean bathrooms...were important and appreciated...

Cons

Because the Company made it a point to listen to the employees, some of the workers misused the privileges and caused problems for more serious workers.....

There were a lot of moments for overtime

Shifts are based on seniority so nine times out of ten you will have night shift and every day you have to race in and find a seat. There are different seats every day
