Pros

Easy to get hired. You do not have a 100% supervision on the cleaning you do if your job is excellent.

Cons

Not enough training, and you can spend years and years trying to get a .25 raise which never happens. Nobody can survive with less than 10.00 an hour let alone enjoying a well deserved vacation.
