Pros

There is a water jug in the office

Cons

Unethical practices, unprepared ownership and staff. The ownership is absent and no general management is in place. I recommend a contract written by a lawyer before accepting a salary and employment package. Regular practice of back charging their own employees with a justified reason. Regular practice of not paying employees the money that is owed when they move on to better opportunities with another company. Customers be aware of the unethical business practices and get a signed contract and agreement before allowing any work to commence or you will be randomly charged after the fact. Bathrooms in the office a dirty, employees smoking and using their vapor pipes all day in the back office. GPS on all work trucks that the untrained office staff watches all day. Morally questionable practices throughout the company due to untrained and inexperienced staff. You will be asked to perform tasks that are unethical and not part of your job description. What you discuss in the interview may not be what you are actually responsible for in your position, management may try to low ball you on your pay rate or salary.
