Getting to create building projects with viable resources.

Cons

Having to deal with indecisive decisions and attitudes. Cussing and abuse to employees, just a difficult place to be or try to even work.

Pros

Travel locally daily,no office. Meet new people. Turn a disaster into a new start for homeowners at their lowest point.

Cons

HORRIBLE management. Very very demanding labor daily. Never know what time you will get off work, list goes on... This is suitable for a kid fresh out of school looking for his first job till he gets on his feet and has a plan. Otherwise, run.
