Definitley a great work place for anyone who likes a fast paced enviornment, always something new.

Cons

Dirty, crappy work conditions (no pun intended) long shifts. On call 24-7

Pros

Management is accessible and engaged. Culture is fun, competitive, positive. Coworkers are awesome. Owner truly cares for his employees and customers - resulting in amazing service.

Cons

Inconsistent work flow due to changing of seasons.

Pros

The owner Steven Gilmore is very good to his employees and customers. He is very big on the work/family balance and allowed me a flex schedule when my children were little. The company has a "family like" feel to it and you feel like you are part of team. It is the only company that I have ever worked for that gives Christmas bonuses, holiday parties for the staff and summer gatherings.
