Fun, energetic work environment. Everyone is friendly, upper management cares about your needs and promotes growth opportunities. Very flexible hours, especially if you are a working mother.

Cons

Awful

Pros

Framingham is fairly easy to drive to from most of the state. Other than that, very little would be considered a "pro". Company offers small salaries and decent health coverage.

Cons

Owner and son's owner are openly racist and misogynistic, and worse, threatened by smart women. There is no real room for promotion, either, because nepotism prevents qualified employees from rising.

Management at this firm is fair and unbiased and has historically placed women in key roles in a male dominated industry. In fact they were one of the first companies to do so in the country. One would have to look far and wide to find to find a business owner who surrounds himself with more women in important positions including Vice President and departmental managers. Company practice has always been to actively promote from within and dozens of employees over the years have had the opportunity to grow professionally through promotion. The suggestion that this company is racist is outrageous and baseless. We have one of the most diverse work forces in the country employing people of many different backgrounds. Nepotism has never been an issue here, in fact family members started at the bottom for several years learning the business from the ground up from long time employees who were their supervisors.
