Pros

If you like working in a team or solo this job will allow you to pursue both. The tasks are very specific and easy to follow.

Cons

The communication from management was very poor. Upper management would also promise customers unreal services but wouldn't notify the workers.

Benefits are decent. It's a job that provides a steady paycheck. The rest of this is filler to fulfil Glassdoor's word count.

Cons

Management plays favorites. A lot. If you're somehow hired into a role from the outside, expect to stay in that role for a long, long time.
