The customer's were excellent to work with along with the programs and downloads were all up to date and top of the line.

Cons

Too many employees were hired that did not know what the mission of the corporation or understand and/or taking it serious.

Strong leadership, dependable, self driven to meet deadlines and postive upbeat attitude towards co-workers. I adjust well to change good or bad

Cons

When working in a hostile environment, or around negative people. Not having benefits offered. Working longer then 12 hour days in a day.

Pros

You get a paycheck. Co-workers are great.

Cons

This company does not care about their employees. The overall employment length seems to be less than 3 years. Manangement continues to overload the staff with work. And they act surprised when work is missed. The number one thing to have to get the job is a pulse. This company talks as if they care about family life but will work you 60 hrs or more a week. This company is just a revolving door of employees. You need to seek out HR in order to get any idea of benefits then you get the standard answer--We do not offer that. If you enjoy knowing when your work or having a day off this is not the company for you. You have to take call but are not compensated for it. You will not have a set schedule either. And there will be days that you are working more than 16+ hrs. There is not balance of work life to family life.
