Pros

Family oriented, they take care of their own, they look out for your best intrest. Some of the best people I've worked with in this field. The Owners Mr & Mrs Deckard are some of the sweetest people to work for.

Cons

Can be long hours. Sometimes "politics" between employees. If you don't speak Spanish then probably have a hard time since Upper Managment don't enforce the policy of English language while in customers homes but specially horriable when trying to move a piece of furniture (piano) down 3 flights of stairs and since language barrier people would get hurt

Pros

Great family of brands and business services. People work on teams and in groups. The supervisors and team leads are accommodating regarding work. There are many professional and mature managers and supervisors.

Cons

There is favoritism and bullying at this company within the call center and other divisions. There could be more diversity. Upper management, depending which business service you work for, could be more available to the employees. The team leads and supervisors are readily available for one another more than for the actual employee on their team. Again there is favoritism towards the employees for time off, to go to child's school, doctors appointments etc. There are some supervisors who are too immature and have no idea how to handle team members. Promotions or elevations are done with some of them solely based on who you know, whose friend you are versus what you know.

Pros

Depending on work assignment can be a flexbile schedule; work is usually pretty easy

Cons

High amount of drama; very high turnover (13 different people in 3 months); depending on work site, expect a high-conflict boss; cleaning supplies very often run out due to an inability to keep materials stocked; hours tend to be extremely part time (less than 15 hours a week)
