Leadership has improved. Company performs adequately during most economic cycles and generates sufficient operating cash flows.

Cons

Speaking only about the corporate offices in Memphis: Behind the times in many ways. General talent is sub par especially with the more tenured employees (10+ years.) These folks aren't good at adapting and if they were good they would have made an impact years ago or left to make an impact elsewhere. Still heavy at corporate in Memphis, leadership would do well to have another round of solid cuts. When you are bloated at corporate folks are mostly interested in job security and not progress. These means almost no emphasis on the customer service delivery or experience.
