Pros

Understanding when it comes to needing time off at a moment's notice; Willing to work with you if you need certain days off by using flex schedules.

Cons

Constant upper management/executive change; I've been here for approx 5 years and there have been 3 different CEOs; Not many chances for advancements; Yearly merit increases are typically not enough to cover the annual insurance increases, so you make less and less each year.

Training is good, service is good. You need to represent the company to clients. Some good tips and a carpet technician.

Cons

Travel, on call, dirty / unsanitary working conditions. Somewhat of an unreliable work schedule / hours.
