Pros

Great guys, alot of overtime and weekend work. mid size company so theres alot of resources. provide pretty much everything you need.

Cons

Management lacks major communication with employees. Impossible to get time off. Not a very good structure for advancement.

Pros

Most of my coworkers were enjoyable. Managers were paid competitively.

Cons

ServiceMaster has an extremely non-diverse, legacy group of upper managers who are afraid of change. Sunday morning activities trump Monday through Friday contributions. Numerous rounds of "right-sizing" left moral in the tank, and employees holding their breath.
