As much of a chance to work as you can handle. Political junk sometimes at a higher level. Some jobs out of the state or country. Per diem and decent hotel rental.

Cons

They get good equipment to help u do the job. Can be tough working late hour especially in the winter.

bad benefits. no clear decision makers; business leaders cannot prioritize across initiatives. lots of attrition due to the seasonal ebbs and flows. aging systems and given lack of strong leadership, project execution had been a challenge

Great company, positive culture, excellent compensation, flexible scheduling with excellent work/life balance

Cons

Mid level management is often tied up in meetings and traveling and is not easily available for face-to-face interaction (although they do respond by email very quickly), no clear understnading of what my goals are and what managements expectations are for me, I'm just working hard everyday hoping that I am doing it right and at the speed they want me to.
