Pros

Lots of training and cross training. Worked for a family type company where I felt part of the decision process. Always something new. Potential for a lot of overtime

Cons

Extremely ugly work environment at times. Not for the person that is afraid to get dirty. On call several nights per week and weekends. Long days during really bad weather.

Local area.... Morning shift 6am -2:30pm

Cons

It was pure hell No room for advancement You never receive a raise 1 week vacation. Unqualified management and supervisors. This company is Bogus and unorganized.

usually working alone, no weekends, nice supervisors;bosses, seem like they really care about their employees

Cons

very part time, could use better pay considering youre cleaning alot for only 9$ an hour.
