Pros

The people at ServiceMaster are one of the best things about working there. They are friendly and truly care about one another. Many are very positive, helpful, and kind. Of course there are those that are not, but overall, great people.

Cons

The leadership changes so quickly and without notice. There is a lack of transparency and sometimes it feels as if the people (associates) don't matter to some of the executive population. There is a lack of say/do congruence.
