I don't regret making the jump

Pros

When I made the jump to ServiceRocket, it was a risky move for me. But I heard many good things about ServiceRocket from friends who worked there so I took it. It's been almost a year and I have no regrets. It has one of the best cultures I've seen and the salary is good, at least for me. But most of all, I feel supported by my colleagues and managers, and there's very little office drama. People get their work done and there's often laughter in our meetings. In my time here, I've not seen a single second of tension, even when things get hairy at work. This is worth more than a high salary in my opinion. I also admire how management communicates with the team around the world. There are regular updates so people are not in the dark.

Cons

If you go looking for cons, you will find it. No company is perfect, and ServiceRocket is certainly not 100% perfect.

Pros

The strongest pros are nice Perks, clearly stated values, competitive salary, strong leadership, a reasonable compromise between autonomy and guidance, and staff diversity seen as an advantage.

Cons

Due to the specific solutions that the company sells, becoming a fully developed and seasoned consultant could take time and acquiring particular skills. Both training and onboarding processes should be permanently updated and adapted to local realities.

You are absolutely right--we need to keep building our training and improve onboarding. These are both on our radar! As far as specific skills, please talk to your manager about accelerating this process. The Scholarship Allowance is rolling out soon, too!
